Taking a peek from the user view
Researching the psychological aspects of what users want to know, and when, UON was able to break out the site into specific areas allowing people to get their information easily and naturally. Looking for a 3% lift in engagement, UON achieved a 45% increase after four months, much to LASIK’s surprise and delight.

A post launch A/B testing and some design tweaks ended up with mobile conversions going through the roof. Prior to any optimization the old web experience produced a 0% conversion, so the upside for the client was immense.
Our client asked for a 3% bump in conversions, and we delivered over 10x's their expectations. The specific area that we were focused on was the 'schedule free consultation' which was optimized to allow for easy scheduling.
We're very happy with the results that UnitOneNine achieved for us. Not only can customers schedule their free consultation with the new site easier, but the level of education that potential customers get is the key to it's success. Design really elevated our business.
