Our first project with JLL (then Jones Lang LaSalle) was to re-invision their global homepage. Our focus was centered around how to communicate to a casual viewer the breadth of the company that spans globally, while keeping content relevant for them. We decided to use a grid framework that utilized different content blocks to help visually communicate this info. From that project we branched off into redoing the country specific pages, multiple apps, internal projects and process management tools, and many more projects. Strategy first! No matter the project, our main goal was to sit down with our client and get deep on the why/how for each project. Getting everyone to slow down and make defined decisions ended up being a big part of the value that we brought to the table. Our design skills coupled with our technical prowess helped our small team fill the shoes of a much larger team that was working with the client previously. We have always been focused on delivering quality solutions that exceed our clients expectations.
We worked with JLL to update their internal analytics platform that powered all of there global data analysis. We worked hand in hand with multiple internal stakeholders to improve communication of data, ease of running reports, while keeping within their current technology platform.
What's the big picture with a global commercial real estate leader?
We launched more than 74 separate country sites on the design that we created for JLL. Each of these country sites had to be designed for internationalized type as well as spacing for various different needs that each country had. Multiple levels of templates were made to keep each team content with the way they wanted to use the site to meet their global communication needs.
This Billion dollar market cap company came to us back in 2010 to help their digital design presence. We've been able to support this company for many years by giving them specific attention that only a private boutique agency could provide.
We have continued to help JLL grow not only at the global level, but also supporting numerous markets around the globe. From projects in Hong Kong, to internal iPhone apps to help their tenants manage property, we continue to show our value on every project.
